UNCLE SAM
Dr. N. K. Sajiv Menon — lovingly known as Uncle SAM — is a distinguished educationist, philanthropist, and lifelong advocate for children’s wellbeing. With more than 30 years of dedicated service in the field of education, he has been a strong voice for inclusive learning and holistic child development, ensuring children from all backgrounds receive equal love, care, and opportunity.
A triple postgraduate and an inspiring public speaker, Dr. Menon is widely respected for his innovative educational vision and deep compassion for children. For the past 15 years, he has focused extensively on supporting children with developmental, physical, and learning challenges, leading effective rehabilitation and inclusive education programs that have earned remarkable recognition.
His work has played a transformative role in promoting integrated education, enabling specially-abled children to learn and grow alongside their peers in a supportive environment. Through his counseling and guidance programs for both children and parents, he has helped hundreds of families regain confidence, hope, and a positive direction.
As the Founder Chairman of multiple trusts and NGOs dedicated to early intervention and child development, Dr. Menon continues to work tirelessly to build a society where every child — regardless of ability — has access to quality education, timely support, and meaningful opportunities to succeed.
